Here's a thankful blog to counter act the depressing one I left on my other blog!
I am thankful for Elvis Presley. I have been listening to, Elvis Presley - The Top Ten Hits, for the last couple of days. Not sure why all of a sudden I'm addicted to this CD, but for some reason it makes me feel better! So I'm going to keep listening to it until I drive everyone at work batty and they yell at me to change the CD!
I am also thankful for Liquorice Allsorts. I've eaten two bags of them in a week and a half. I know to Zig this isn't alot but for me it is! My grandfather used to always have them by his chair. My sister and I would only eat the candy part of them because we didn't like the black liquorice. But now I like them ALL! Even the ones without the candy parts! I am craving them right now but I ate all the ones I had here yesterday.
I'm kinda wondering if I'm getting old.

YAY FOR CANDY! :)
I just bought a new bag of assorted candy - for my desk... I will TRY to make it last for 2 weeks :)
If I have a bag of sweets on my desk they do not last a day...
Elvis? Must say that I am not a real fan, though I am rather envious of a friend of mine who had the Las Vegas Elvis wedding. My wife said I could have one if I wanted to, but I had better find someone else to marry...
I hide my candy in a drawer (sort of works, cuts down anyway).
Hmmm. I believe I've said those words to Ricky. Only it was about bare feet. He said, we have new carpet throughout the house (he put it in) you need to wear socks or slippers on the carpet. I said you need a new wife. I hate shoes, socks. They're the first things I take off when I get home. He really should have known better. I was barefoot in my wedding dress.
I think bare feet are compulsory when you have hair like that!
I had a customer at my old job who called me "the hippie chick". He actually asked for me on the phone and in person by that name. I think he may have actually thought my name was "the hippie chick"!
And I am sure everyone instantly knew exactly who he wanted too!
I am often referred to as "the guy with the wild hair". Just so you don't think I am picking on you..
Woha! I forgot about this other blog...sorry!!!!
I still don't like those licorice things and Elvis...he has never made me happy...but HEY...whatever turns you on and makes you happy...I can be grateful for that then too!
Lova ya Krista!!
I love Elvis! I grew up listening to my mom's G.I. Blues album. I have no idea what that candy is, but it's candy. Candy is always good!
Ah, must be something that is Canada and the UK but not the USA! God Bless the Commonwealth! At last there is something we have that they do not! What a shame they are horrible! :-)
